About the Role
Starbucks seeks passionate individuals for Store Manager positions who are motivated to lead by example, fostering business success by prioritizing partners (employees), customers, and communities. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of three years’ experience in retail or customer service management roles.
- Strong organizational aptitude combined with interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Entrepreneurially minded, preferably with a background in sales-driven environments.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including coaching and mentoring team members with professionalism.
- Minimum education requirement: High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Legal documentation confirming identity and eligibility for employment in Canada.
- Ability and willingness to commit to full-time hours exceeding 40 hours weekly, with flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Salary range between 61000 and 80875 CAD annually, influenced by location, experience, skills, and internal parity.
