Role Overview

As the Store Manager reporting directly to the District Store Manager, you will lead the sales and operational activities of the Toronto Eaton Centre outlet. Your role is pivotal in crafting and promoting a sales-driven culture within the store while striving to surpass sales targets, key performance indicators (KPIs), and profitability standards. You will ensure every customer interaction aligns with Psycho Bunny's core values to deliver a consistently outstanding retail experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead with a vision that fosters a respectful, inclusive, and engaging environment for team members and customers alike, celebrating diversity and inclusivity.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships among team members, enhancing both personal and professional growth to optimize operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain a loyal clientele through strategic customer clienteling, understanding market trends, and supporting the team with technical product knowledge and sales techniques, including omnichannel service delivery.
• Ensure the store’s visual presentation complies with brand standards and supervise the execution of strategic quarterly and annual store plans linked to budget and profitability goals.
• Oversee store profit and loss management while complying with all relevant policies, regulations, and corporate procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing retail stores.
• Capability to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication skills aimed at nurturing a customer-focused sales culture.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary range of $65,000 to $70,000 CAD.
