Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Retail Store Coordinator to join our team in Timmins, Ontario. The role involves leading a store team to deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining operational excellence in a fast-paced retail setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee operational areas such as visual merchandising, customer service, back room management, and merchandise processing.
• Ensure high standards in customer service and store operations by communicating updates and aligning the team.
• Prioritize and coordinate tasks effectively while fostering collaboration and training associates on store policies and service procedures.
• Develop associates' skills in merchandise presentation and customer service to promote continuous improvement and teamwork.
• Create attractive merchandise displays in strategic store locations to strengthen the store’s brand and value proposition.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 1 to 2 years of retail or service experience with a solid understanding of customer needs and retail operations.
• Demonstrate a collaborative approach to foster positive teamwork and relationships.
• Exhibit strong multitasking capabilities and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
• Have effective communication and time management skills for clear information exchange and prioritization.

Location and Compensation

The hourly wage range is $19.60 to $24.50, depending on experience, skills, and labor market factors.
