Key Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders carefully from various temperature zones to ensure timely deliveries.
- Verify product selection, quantities, and product codes for order accuracy.
- Maintain product quality by selecting fresh items and removing damaged goods, completing all necessary documentation and labeling correctly.
- Efficiently pack totes to optimize space without compromising product safety or quality.
- Provide support to customers and teammates by assisting with inquiries and resolving issues.
- Adhere to food hygiene and safety protocols, promptly clean spills, ensure totes are sanitized before use, operate equipment safely, and perform required safety inspections.
- Demonstrate flexibility in work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays according to operational needs.
Challenges
- Manage a high volume of tasks in a fast-paced environment, especially during overnight shifts, by planning to stay alert and energized.
- Handle physically demanding duties including extended periods of standing, bending, and lifting inventory or equipment weighing up to 20 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
- Perform repetitive stocking and organizing tasks with attention to detail to meet store standards.

Compensation
The starting wage for this position is $16.90 per hour.
