Job description
Overview
Babybloom IVF and Superspeciality Hospital is seeking a compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse with at least one year of experience in IVF or a related clinical environment. The position is based in Gurgaon, Delhi-NCR, with immediate joining and fully furnished accommodation provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive and professional care to patients undergoing infertility treatments including preparation for IUI, IVF, and embryo transfer procedures.
- Support doctors and embryologists in procedures such as oocyte retrieval and ultrasound scans.
- Administer medications accurately, including hormone therapies and injections, while closely monitoring patient vitals.
- Ensure medical equipment is properly sterilized and maintain clinical areas like procedure and recovery rooms.
- Provide counseling to patients about treatment plans, answer their questions, and offer emotional support throughout their journey.
- Maintain precise documentation of patient care, treatments, medications, and follow-up records in accordance with hospital standards.
Qualifications and Requirements
- B.Sc. Nursing or GNM degree from an accredited institution.
- At least one year of experience in an IVF hospital or similar clinical setting.
- Valid nursing registration or certification.
- Strong knowledge of IVF protocols and patient care techniques including venipuncture and medication administration.
- Ability to remain patient and professional under stressful clinical situations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with high attention to detail and commitment to quality care.
Salary and Benefits
