Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic and effective Technical Recruiter to handle the end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles focused on the US market. The role requires in-depth knowledge of US hiring norms, various visa categories, and tax structures, coupled with strong skills in sourcing and assessing qualified technical professionals using multiple platforms and methods.

Key Duties

• Identify and attract potential candidates through multiple channels including resume databases, job portals, social media, networking events, and direct outreach.
• Perform initial resume screening and phone interviews to evaluate candidate suitability for roles.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to clearly understand job requirements and formulate recruitment strategies.
• Manage job postings on relevant platforms and serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Organize and conduct client and candidate interviews, coordinating schedules effectively.
• Update and maintain candidate records within Applicant Tracking Systems to ensure accurate data management.
• Negotiate compensation packages and benefits with prospective hires.
• Ensure full compliance with US employment laws, visa regulations, and company policies.
• Keep abreast of market trends, talent availability, and evolving recruitment best practices.

Qualifications and Skills

• Between 1 to 5 years of proven experience recruiting for US-based IT or engineering positions.
• Strong knowledge of US work visa classifications (such as USC and Green Card) and tax terminologies (W2, Corp-to-Corp arrangements).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities.
• Proficient in leveraging sourcing tools and platforms, including LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and Indeed.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently within a fast-moving, metric-focused environment.
• Availability and willingness to work during night shifts aligned to US time zones.

• Position location: Noida Sector 62, India (onsite).
• Shift: Night shift synchronized with US business hours.
