Job description
Overview
Get Smart Medical Company is seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech & Language Therapist to join our Jeddah branch. This full-time role involves assessing, diagnosing, and delivering tailored speech and language therapy programs to children and individuals facing communication challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough evaluations of speech, language, and communication abilities.
- Create and execute personalized treatment plans based on client-specific requirements.
- Provide both individual and group therapy sessions focused on speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, and communication difficulties.
- Track clients' progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
- Compile detailed clinical reports and maintain current patient records.
- Work collaboratively with psychologists, ABA therapists, occupational therapists, and other team members.
- Effectively communicate with parents and caregivers, offering guidance and recommendations.
- Uphold professional and ethical standards throughout clinical practice.
- Engage in case discussions, team meetings, and ongoing professional development activities.
- Ensure adherence to the center’s clinical policies, procedures, and quality benchmarks.
Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology, Speech and Language Therapy, or related fields.
- Hold valid classification and registration with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
- Prior experience in clinical or rehabilitation settings is advantageous.
- Experience working with children and individuals with developmental or communication disorders is highly desirable.
- Strong skills in clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Commitment to ethical practice, patient confidentiality, and delivering high-quality care.
