Job description
Role Overview
The Specialist Radiologist is responsible for delivering expert diagnostic imaging services within a multidisciplinary hospital setting. This includes precise interpretation of medical images to facilitate timely and accurate diagnoses, ensuring exceptional patient care and clinical standards.
Key Duties
- Interpret and report on a diverse range of diagnostic imaging studies with a focus on MRI and Ultrasound modalities.
- Perform and evaluate MRI and ultrasound scans following established clinical guidelines.
- Analyse imaging results thoroughly to aid accurate diagnosis and effective treatment planning.
- Provide prompt and detailed radiology reports to referring doctors and clinical teams.
- Work collaboratively with clinicians and other specialists to discuss complex imaging outcomes and patient management strategies.
Candidate Requirements
- Possession of a Medical Degree specialized in Radiology or Diagnostic Radiology.
- Proven expertise in MRI and Ultrasound imaging techniques.
- Possession of a valid DHA, DOH, MOH, or SHA license, or eligibility for DHA licensing.
- At least three years of professional experience in Radiology.
- Excellent diagnostic abilities combined with strong communication and patient management skills.
- Availability to commence employment by the first week of August.
