Role Overview

As the Spa Manager, you will take charge of the daily operations of our intimate yet bustling Spa and Fitness centre. This role suits a Senior Spa Therapist aspiring to transition into management, with support from a renowned luxury brand and a collaborative team atmosphere. Your responsibilities will span team leadership, guest booking management, recruitment and training, inventory oversight, and delivering exceptional treatment services consistent with our commitment to superior quality.

Qualifications and Skills Required

  • At least three years’ experience working within luxury spas, resorts, or hotels.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Deep enthusiasm for guest wellbeing and maintaining impeccable personal appearance.
  • Capacity to handle bookings effectively and customize services to meet guest preferences.
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with local partners and suppliers.
  • Familiarity with spa management software and eagerness for continuous professional development.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive hourly wage based on expertise and experience.
  • Additional 10% commission earned on personalized treatments.
  • Guaranteed minimum of 30 work hours per week, with opportunities to work up to 55 hours across five days during peak seasons.
