Job Overview

We are searching for a seasoned Solution Architect to design and oversee the delivery of comprehensive technology solutions that support business aims, technical needs, and organizational standards. This role serves as a pivotal technical leader, connecting business demands with technical implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret business and functional requirements into detailed technical architectures and solution designs.
• Create and document end-to-end architectures spanning application, data, integration, infrastructure, and security areas.
• Define major system components, interfaces, data flows, integrations, and technology dependencies.
• Analyze technology alternatives to propose fitting platforms, tools, frameworks, and architectural approaches.
• Design scalable, secure, resilient, and cost-efficient solutions aligned with both business and technical targets.
• Build architectures leveraging cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Develop and implement solutions encompassing APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and integration patterns.
• Assess monolithic vs. distributed system architectures and suggest suitable approaches based on project needs.
• Ensure solutions comply with enterprise architecture standards, cybersecurity policies, governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate closely with software engineers, DevOps, infrastructure, security, and data teams to ensure successful execution.
• Offer technical guidance during development, integration, testing, and deployment phases.
• Participate in architecture reviews and technical design discussions.
• Engage stakeholders to validate architectural decisions, clarify technical options, and handle trade-offs.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and constraints; recommend mitigation strategies.
• Support troubleshooting of complex technical challenges with solution-level expertise.
• Maintain current and accurate architectural documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to evolving standards, patterns, frameworks, and best practices in architecture.

Required Experience & Skills

• 5 to 8 years of experience in solution, technical, or software architecture roles.
• Proven ability to design technology solutions across application, data, integration, and infrastructure domains.
• Expertise with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Hands-on knowledge of cloud-native services and architecture principles.
• Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, system integration, and distributed systems.
• Experience working with both monolithic and distributed architectures.
• Familiarity with DevOps methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, containerization, and Kubernetes.
• Solid grasp of cybersecurity principles, security architecture, compliance, and governance.
• Proficiency with architecture modeling/documentation tools such as ArchiMate, UML, Lucidchart, or Draw.io.
• Deep understanding of system scalability, availability, reliability, performance optimization, and cost efficiency.
• Ability to assess diverse technologies to propose sound architectural solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to varied audiences.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and standards.
• Experience in cloud migration, modernization, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of event-driven architectures, messaging systems, and asynchronous integration techniques.
• Experience automating infrastructure and working with Infrastructure as Code.
• Understanding of security-by-design and DevSecOps best practices.
• Working experience in Agile and Scrum development environments.
