The company assists buyers, investors, and property managers in detecting defects prior to the expiration of the Defect Liability Period, utilizing advanced tools and comprehensive checklists during inspections.
Role Overview
We are seeking a meticulous Snagging Engineer to join our Dubai-based team. The role involves conducting on-site inspections of residential units, spotting issues related to structural integrity, mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems, and finishings, then delivering clear and professional reports for clients and developers.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed pre-handover and handover inspections of properties.
- Identify and record structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and finishing issues.
- Utilize inspection equipment such as thermal imaging cameras and moisture measurement devices.
- Compile comprehensive and accurate reports within the designated timeframes.
- Effectively communicate inspection outcomes to clients and arrange site visits as needed.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a snagging or property inspection company preferred.
- Possession of internationally recognized certification related to construction, inspection, or snagging is advantageous.
- Valid driving license is essential.
- High attention to detail and strong report-writing capabilities.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
