Site Civil Engineer

Overview

We are looking for a skilled and knowledgeable Site Engineer in Civil Engineering to supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities. The role entails ensuring that the project proceeds according to the approved designs, quality norms, and safety protocols, while managing resources and timelines effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct all construction operations on site to maintain smooth workflow.
• Guarantee that the work complies with approved blueprints, technical specifications, and safety guidelines.
• Liaise with contractors, laborers, suppliers, and consultants to ensure cohesive project progress.
• Document daily site progress and maintain comprehensive records.
• Track usage and stock of materials on the construction site.
• Address and resolve technical challenges that arise during construction proactively.
• Maintain strict adherence to quality and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications & Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering is required.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering drawings, construction practices, and materials.
• Proven ability to manage labor effectively and drive timely progress on-site.
• Basic proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office and email communication.

Additional Information

The position offers a monthly salary ranging from 30000 to 40000 INR. The role is based in Pune, Maharashtra, India, and requires onsite presence at the construction site.
