Job Overview
Trace Systems Inc. is seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer to support the USMTM CITS contract based in Al Nakhla, Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role involves administration, configuration, upkeep, governance, user assistance, training, and lifecycle management of SharePoint sites and related collaboration tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain SharePoint environments for USMTM and approved mission partners.
- Set up and manage site collections, team and communication sites, subsites, libraries, lists, calendars, pages, and collaboration workspaces.
- Oversee permissions, SharePoint groups, role assignments, access requests, and enforce least-privilege principles.
- Assist page owners with site design, navigation, organizing content, document management, and approved publishing procedures.
- Deliver initial and refresher training, maintain user guides, job aids, governance documents, procedures, and knowledge base articles.
- Configure version control, metadata, content types, retention policies, approval workflows, and records management features.
- Support collaboration continuity, disaster recovery, storage management, archiving, and content lifecycle needs.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to access, permissions, synchronization, search, libraries, workflows, page rendering, and user experience.
- Coordinate with Systems Administrators regarding authentication, service accounts, backups, storage, server health monitoring, and restoration.
- Collaborate with Cybersecurity teams on RMF controls, STIG compliance, vulnerability remediation, audits, and configuration baselines.
- Support Microsoft 365 tools integration including Teams, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Forms.
- Assist with migrating content from shared drives, legacy platforms, and approved repositories.
- Monitor storage usage, permissions, stale content, inactive sites, governance compliance, system updates, and platform changes.
- Provide Tier II and III support, participate in Change Control Board activities, maintenance operations, after-hours restorations, and continuity planning.
Minimum Qualifications
- Possession of an active, in-scope US Government Secret clearance.
- US Citizenship due to contract requirements.
- Meets DoD 8140 qualification requirements for System Administrator role (Work Role 451) at intermediate proficiency.
- Educational background including a bachelor's degree in fields such as IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Network Administration, or relevant military training.
- Certifications such as Security+, Cloud+, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP, or other DoD 8140-approved credentials for the System Administrator role; higher level or equivalent certifications are acceptable.
- At least five years of experience managing Microsoft SharePoint environments.
- Proven skills in managing sites, permissions, libraries, lists, content types, metadata, workflows, and governance.
- Experience with SharePoint Online, SharePoint Server, or hybrid environments and Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.
- Working knowledge of Active Directory authentication, access controls, and enterprise account management.
- Capability in developing user documentation and providing end-user training.
- Experience maintaining comprehensive technical, restoration, and continuity documentation.
- Willingness and ability to relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in Microsoft 365 or SharePoint administration; Power Platform, Teams or ITIL certifications.
- Experience with classified DoD, Army, CENTCOM, USARCENT, NETCOM, or other federal collaboration environments.
- Knowledge of Teams, Power Automate, Power Apps, Forms, governance, records management, retention policies, and content migration.
- Experience in RMF compliance, STIGs, vulnerability remediation, SQL Server, and Windows Server infrastructure.
- Background in overseas, contingency, or military information management operations.
