Job Overview
Parth Engineering seeks a skilled Shaping Machine Operator proficient in setting up and operating shaper machines to accurately mill, plane, shape, groove, or profile metal or plastic parts.
Key Duties
- Choose and install suitable cutting tools based on the task.
- Securely fix the workpieces within the machine.
- Modify machine parameters such as speed, feed rate, and cutting depth to optimize operation.
- Oversee the machining process ensuring precision and quality of output.
- Conduct routine servicing and maintenance of the shaping machine to maintain optimal function.
- Uphold safety protocols to ensure a hazard-free workspace.
- Possibly maintain documentation on work orders and production metrics.
Required Expertise
- Solid grasp of machining fundamentals.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately.
- Knowledge of various cutting tools and material properties.
- Familiarity with appropriate feed rates and machine speeds for different operations.
Compensation
The role offers a monthly salary ranging between 20,000 and 25,000 INR.
