Role Overview
This full-time position based in Chennai seeks an experienced ServiceNow Developer responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The role requires expertise in configuring and customizing various ServiceNow modules and applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement custom solutions across ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, and CSM.
- Create and tailor Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, and Flow Designer workflows.
- Design and manage Service Catalogs, Record Producers, Knowledge Management frameworks, and CMDB implementations.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via REST, SOAP, APIs, and Integration Hub.
- Configure and support ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping functionalities.
- Engage in requirement analysis, solution design, software development, testing, and deployment processes.
- Provide troubleshooting and production support for platform issues.
- Collaborate effectively with business units and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and sustainable solutions.
- Adhere to recognized ServiceNow best practices and governance standards in all activities.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must hold a minimum qualification of any graduate degree.
