Overview
Trinity Consulting Services is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join their team in Singapore. The ideal candidate should bring over 4 years of expertise in IT Service Management and ServiceNow solutions, demonstrating a thorough understanding of scripting and workflow automation within the platform.
Key Responsibilities and Skills
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications with strong scripting capabilities.
- Design and implement workflows using Flow Designer and Workflow Automation tools.
- Create and manage Business Rules and Client Scripts to meet business needs.
- Integrate ServiceNow with OSS/BSS systems efficiently.
- Diagnose and optimize system performance through troubleshooting and tuning.
- Apply knowledge of Telecom Operations to support relevant projects.
- Utilize ITIL process frameworks to guide service management practices.
- Convert business requirements into effective technical implementations.
- Conduct testing, validation, and automate tasks to streamline service delivery.
Qualifications
- Possess a Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent education.
- Minimum 4 years hands-on experience in ITSM and ServiceNow or SMoD solutions.
