Job Responsibilities
- Customize and configure applications and modules within the ServiceNow platform.
- Develop workflows, business rules, client-side scripts, UI policies, and establish integrations.
- Implement and support modules including IT Service Management (ITSM), Security Operations (SecOps), Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD), and bespoke custom applications.
- Design and create solutions utilizing App Engine Studio and Flow Designer tools.
- Facilitate integration of ServiceNow with external systems through REST and SOAP APIs.
- Work collaboratively with business and technical stakeholders to collect and analyze system requirements.
- Troubleshoot issues on the platform and provide ongoing production support.
- Engage in testing, deployment, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Essential Skills and Expertise
- Demonstrated experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.
- Proficiency in one or more modules such as ITSM, SecOps, HRSD, or Custom Applications.
- Strong command of JavaScript programming, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Catalog customization.
- Expertise in API integrations and platform customizations.
- Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices related to ServiceNow.
- Excellent analytical abilities, problem-solving approach, and effective communication skills.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must possess a minimum qualification of any graduate degree.
Additional Information
This role is based in Chennai, India, with opportunities also available in Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Noida, and Hyderabad. Candidates should have an experience range of 4 to 12 years in relevant ServiceNow development roles.
