Job Overview
We are seeking a Service Executive to join our team in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, focusing on the efficient maintenance and operation of solar power plants. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, resolving billing issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through dedicated service.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out regular preventive maintenance tasks for solar plants to ensure their optimal performance.
- Identify and solve issues related to bill readings accurately.
- Deliver high-quality service to maintain and improve Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).
- Support online monitoring of solar plants and assist customers with the registration process.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) strictly during preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Commit to maintaining a safe work environment with zero safety violations at all times.
