Job description
Job Location and Role
This full-time position is based in the Central Region of Singapore, offering an opportunity to join the hospitality team at The Grande Whisky Museum, Saint-Louis House, and The Whisky Distillery.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and provide assistance to all guests upon arrival.
- Guide customers to their seats and take their orders accurately.
- Support bartending duties and deliver table service efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and uphold housekeeping standards throughout the venue.
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned by management.
Candidate Requirements
- Well-groomed and professional appearance.
- Positive outlook with strong customer service focus and eagerness to learn new skills.
- Collaborative team player with excellent customer interaction capabilities.
- Proficient communication skills in English and Mandarin to engage with customers.
- Previous experience in food and beverage or retail sectors is advantageous but not mandatory.
Eligibility
This role is exclusively open to Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents.
