Service Administrator

Overview

We seek a proactive and organized individual to coordinate and ensure the smooth execution of routine service appointments. This role involves handling client communications and scheduling repair work with our service technicians, all while delivering excellent customer support.

Key Details

• Position: Service Administrator
• Location: Erina, Central Coast, New South Wales, Australia
• Work hours: Monday to Friday, full-time, permanent
• Reporting to: Regional Manager - Central Coast

Core Responsibilities

• Professionally receive and manage incoming customer calls
• Coordinate service appointments by communicating customer needs to service technicians and scheduling repairs
• Handle purchase orders with suppliers and process invoices as needed
• Monitor ongoing job progress and relay updates to customers
• Identify and report opportunities to enhance operational processes or expand service offerings

Requirements and Qualifications

• Experience in a comparable role or familiarity with service and repair environments preferred
• Excellent communication abilities and a friendly, customer-oriented approach
• Strong proficiency with computers, especially Microsoft Excel, to navigate internal systems and ensure timely service delivery
• Self-driven and motivated to learn and achieve established goals
• Collaborative team player who effectively interacts with both internal staff and external clients
