Senior Tibco Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Technical Lead specializing in TIBCO technologies including Business Works, Business Events, Data Virtualization, HAWK, and ESB to join our team in Bangalore or Hyderabad. The role involves designing and implementing complex integration and event processing solutions leveraging various TIBCO components alongside Java and Kafka technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex event processing solutions using TIBCO Business Events 5.x and higher, creating rules, rule functions, decision tables, and event streaming workflows.
• Develop integration applications utilizing TIBCO Business Works 5.x and above, TIBCO EMS, Kafka, and Java programming.
• Manage the full software development life cycle including development, debugging, enhancements, and deployment activities.
• Oversee end-to-end integration processes from initial frameworks through implementation and ongoing maintenance.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams, design specs, and operational guidelines.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering focusing on TIBCO-based integration solutions within Business Works 5.x, Business Events 5.x, EMS, and HAWK technologies.
• Experience with messaging solutions via TIBCO EMS, IBM MQ, or other JMS providers.
• Knowledge of TIBCO Data Virtualization platforms.
• Strong skills in Java and familiarity with Kafka streaming technology.
• Proven ability to develop RESTful, SOAP, and messaging services and other integration protocols.
• Excellent multitasking and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication for both technical and non-technical teams.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development methodologies is advantageous.

Preferred Credentials

• Professional certifications in TIBCO technologies.
• Mandatory experience with Business Works 5.x and Business Events 5.x platforms.
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure and related platforms.
• Experience collaborating within globally distributed teams.

Eligibility

Applicants should have completed B.Sc in Computer Science and Technology, B.Tech/B.E. in any specialization, or B.C.A. in Computer Applications (General).
