Key Responsibilities

• Track, document, and manage defects through to resolution, ensuring thorough verification and follow-up.

• Support multiple projects and complex tasks while upholding high quality and testing standards.
• Implement established software engineering practices, change-control procedures, and testing protocols throughout development cycles.
• Participate in code reviews and help maintain engineering and quality benchmarks.
• Offer recommendations to enhance testing efficiencies, coverage, and overall product excellence.
• Identify chances for automation in testing and contribute to test-driven development practices when suitable.
• Work independently while adapting flexibly to new technologies, methods, and testing techniques.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 5 years working experience within Scrum and Agile frameworks.
• Comprehensive background in the end-to-end software testing lifecycle, including test creation, execution, defect handling, and validation.
• Proven expertise in functional, integration, and regression testing practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with an attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Familiarity with Automated Change Management and adherence to change-control protocols.
• Proficient with productivity tools such as word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
• Capacity to analyze technical and functional requirements and translate them into detailed test scenarios.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills suitable for cross-team Agile environments.
• Ability to work independently, juggle priorities, and take full ownership of testing tasks.
• Willingness to continuously learn new technologies, tools, and testing methodologies.
• Preferred experience of 3+ years with test automation tools supporting Test Driven Development.
