Job Overview
This position involves reaching out to our current, inactive insurance agents via outbound phone calls to encourage them to resume and expand their partnership with us.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact inactive or former agents from our records
- Identify reasons behind their cessation of business activity
- Re-engage and inspire them to restart their collaboration with the company
- Present updated information on business opportunities, product offerings, and support services
- Conduct regular follow-ups to convert dormant agents into active partners
- Document calls and follow-up actions accurately
Requirements
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or insurance sales preferred
- Fresh candidates with strong communication skills are also welcome to apply
Compensation and Benefits
Competitive monthly salary ranging from 15,000 to 25,000 INR with additional performance-based incentives.
