Job Overview

We are searching for a Senior Technical Trainer who possesses extensive experience and expertise to spearhead the creation, development, and delivery of compelling technical learning solutions. These initiatives will enable employees, clients, and partners to fully adopt and leverage Presight's AI-driven offerings, platforms, and products.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the design and construction of in-depth technical training curriculums aimed at internal stakeholders, customers, and implementation partners, encompassing comprehensive learning pathways related to Presight's products, AI technologies, platform features, APIs, deployment procedures, troubleshooting techniques, and best practices.
• Craft various learning formats including instructor-led courses, self-directed e-learning modules, onboarding plans, certification content, workshops, and detailed technical documentation.
• Continuously update and refine training programs reflecting product developments, learner input, business goals, and sector best standards.
• Generate meticulous technical documentation such as user manuals, implementation instructions, knowledge base articles, SOPs, quick references, FAQs, and learning resources.
• Develop training content focused on generative AI, machine learning, analytics platforms, and AI-powered business solutions, highlighting foundational AI theories, capabilities, limitations, ethical AI principles, and practical applications.
• Create engaging training exercises including hands-on labs, real-life scenarios, and case studies that enhance knowledge retention.
• Ensure training materials stay aligned with ongoing product updates and innovations.
• Deliver immersive in-person and virtual technical sessions directed at various audiences including employees, clients, partners, and executives, leading workshops, product demos, onboarding events, and certification programs.
• Assist customer enablement initiatives to boost solution adoption, expertise, and implementation success.
• Monitor learning progress through assessments, practical exercises, and feedback collection.
• Collaborate with teams across Product Management, Engineering, Delivery, Professional Services, Customer Success, User Experience, and Quality Assurance to grasp functionality and changes within products.
• Participate in product demos, release cycles, beta testing, and deployments to keep training materials precise.
• Consult subject matter experts to verify technical accuracy and enhance educational effectiveness.
• Produce visually stimulating educational assets including presentations, diagrams, workflows, architectural sketches, and infographics simplifying technical topics.
• Establish and maintain uniform learning templates, presentation standards, and instructional frameworks.
• Employ modern authoring and presentation technologies to deliver attractive and effective training experiences.
• Institute content governance protocols to uphold quality, consistency, branding, terminology, and teaching efficacy throughout learning materials.
• Evaluate the impact of training programs utilizing feedback, assessments, adoption data, and business metrics.
• Identify and implement improvements in methodology, delivery methods, and knowledge management.
• Maintain centralized collections of training materials and knowledge documentation.
• Adhere to policies encompassing quality, health, safety, environment, business continuity, information security, privacy, risk, compliance management, and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Technical Communication, Education, Instructional Design, or another related field.
• 7 to 10 years' experience in technical training, enablement, instructional design, or technical writing within industries such as software, AI, data analytics, cloud computing, or enterprise technology.
• Proven background working with AI technologies including Generative AI, machine learning, analytics, or intelligent automation in roles such as trainer, consultant, product expert, or enablement specialist.
• Solid grasp of software development, APIs, cloud platforms, integration systems, and enterprise application environments.
• Experience designing high-quality documentation, presentations, and structured learning paths.
• Outstanding presentation, facilitation, and public speaking abilities capable of engaging diverse audiences.
• Experience operating within cross-functional Agile product teams.
• Preference given to candidates fluent in Arabic, capable of delivering training and creating Arabic training content.
• Familiarity with instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Strong written and visual communication skills with the ability to distill complex AI and analytics ideas into clear instructional materials.
• Experience with LMS platforms, e-learning authoring tools, and knowledge management systems.
• Proficiency in presentation and design software such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Canva, Figma, Articulate 360, or Adobe Captivate.
• Excellent stakeholder relationship skills and collaboration across departments including product, engineering, delivery, and customer success.
• Analytical skills to assess training effectiveness via metrics and learner feedback.
• Strong organizational and project management competencies.
• Self-driven with a passion for continuous learning and technical enablement.
• Knowledge of responsible AI practices encompassing privacy, security, transparency, bias mitigation, and governance considerations is advantageous.
