Position Overview

The Senior Technical Recruiter will be a key contributor to MPOYNT's growth by managing end-to-end recruitment activities across Canada and the US. This hands-on role involves collaborating with senior leadership to identify and hire top-tier talent for technical and customer-centric teams. The role emphasizes quality hires and also involves enhancing recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle for roles in Infrastructure, Technical Services, SecOps, Technical Sales, and Software Engineering.
• Implement innovative sourcing methods to engage outstanding technical candidates.
• Ensure a superior candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey from initial contact to offer acceptance.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to shape recruitment strategies, refine interview processes, and support sound hiring choices.
• Continuously enhance recruiting procedures, reporting metrics, and tools to facilitate organizational growth.
• Establish robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship development.
• Act as a professional ambassador for MPOYNT, fostering long-term relationships with candidates and industry contacts.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of five years experience managing full recruitment cycles, preferably in IT consulting, managed services, or a technology-centered environment.
• Demonstrable ability to source and engage passive technical candidates through proactive outreach, networking, and rapport building.
• Experienced in partnering with hiring leaders to develop recruitment strategies and execute considered hiring decisions.
• Resourceful recruiting style employing creativity, persistence, and strong relationships rather than reliance on budget or compensation alone.
• Track record of aiding growing organizations to scale carefully without sacrificing hiring quality.
• Valuable experience recruiting for technical roles within infrastructure, field services, or managed services sectors.
• Availability to travel up to 10% as required.

Work Environment and Culture

• This is a full-time, office-based role requiring in-person collaboration five days a week in Toronto, ON to strengthen team culture and connections.

Location and Compensation

• Position is located in Toronto, Ontario.
• Salary range is CAD $97,500 to $115,000 annually, complemented by performance bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
