Senior Systems Operations Executive

About the Role

This position is with the Land Transport Authority (LTA) Singapore, focused on a key role within the Operations Control Centre (OCC) for the ERP2.0 system.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide continuous 24/7 monitoring and management of ERP2.0 systems through dashboards.
• Identify and log system faults accurately and ensure timely escalation according to Standard Operating Procedures and Business Continuity Plans.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties during fault resolution processes.
• Support system maintenance tasks, system testing, commissioning of new systems, and conduct post-maintenance checks to ensure system integrity.

Candidate Profile

• Educational background in any discipline, with preference for Information Technology-related fields.
• Interest in Operations Control Centre environments; prior related experience considered beneficial.
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Proficient communication skills in English, both written and oral.
• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in handling tasks.
• Basic competency in Microsoft Office suite.
