Role Overview

As a Senior Supervisor in Cybersecurity, you will oversee and direct complex cybersecurity operations, ensuring alignment with both departmental and organizational goals. This role involves innovating processes, applying industry best practices, and contributing to the long-term cybersecurity strategy of SPIMACO.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide the cybersecurity team in alignment with departmental goals and strategies.
• Initiate and implement improvements to operational workflows.

• Provide management with feedback and performance reports of the cybersecurity team.

• Identify cybersecurity threats and risks, working collaboratively with stakeholders to establish appropriate controls.
• Ensure strict adherence to cybersecurity standards, policies, and procedures within the organization.

• Monitor cybersecurity systems continuously to protect against risks and vulnerabilities.
• Lead the team in deploying preventive cybersecurity measures.
• Oversee system upgrades and updates aimed at enhancing security measures.

• Regularly report cybersecurity status and developments to management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 7 years of professional experience in cybersecurity.
• Proficient in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
