Senior Site Architect

Position Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Architect to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have at least 15 years of consulting experience within the UAE, specializing in delivering complex, large-scale high-rise residential projects, particularly multi-building developments featuring shared podiums, from the design development phase through to construction documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design development and prepare detailed designs for high-rise residential buildings.
• Create and review construction documents and technical drawings to ensure precision and compliance.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams including Structural, MEP, and BIM specialists.
• Ensure all designs and documentation comply with UAE building regulations, local authority requirements, and industry benchmarks.
• Oversee technical coordination efforts involving clients, developers, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
• Evaluate architectural details, select appropriate materials, specify standards, and finalize construction methodologies.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• At least 15 years of architectural consulting experience within the UAE.
• Substantial experience managing large, intricate high-rise residential developments.
• Specific expertise in multi-building residential projects with interconnected podiums.
• Deep understanding of design development stages, detailed design, and construction documentation processes.
• Comprehensive knowledge of UAE and Dubai-specific building codes, regulatory processes, and approvals.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM-based workflows.
• Proven track record of hands-on project involvement and successful delivery.
