About SSH Design
We invite experienced professionals to join SSH Design's Egypt team as Senior Proposal Manager based in New Cairo. We are a leading entity in Architecture & Engineering Consultancy focusing on delivering high-value projects across the GCC.
Role Summary
The Senior Proposal Manager will lead and oversee the bidding process for large-scale multi-disciplinary design consultancy projects, with budgets ranging from 3 million to 25 million USD.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or architecture (strongly preferred).
- Possess 12 to 14 years of proven experience within the bidding domain of Architecture and Engineering Consultancy, particularly covering projects executed in the GCC region.
- Skilled in managing bid proposals of substantial financial magnitude, between USD 3M–25M.
- Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite tools for documentation, presentations, and estimating service fees related to design consultancy.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, effective communication, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Exhibit high proficiency in both spoken and written English.
