Founded by Bhavin Turakhia, Neo is developing an integrated suite of AI-first products that centralize work context and incorporate AI collaboration across workflows. Their products include:
- Tasket: An AI-native work management platform that centralizes information and facilitates seamless AI delegation.
- Friday: An AI assistant and agent platform integrated with Tasket, Studio, Drive, and over 1000 SaaS platforms.
- Studio: A suite designed for collaborative creation of documents, spreadsheets, and diagrams involving humans and AI agents.
- Drive: An AI-enhanced repository enabling collaborative work on files between humans and agents.
- Scribe: An AI meeting assistant that surpasses note-taking by performing tasks during meetings.
Role Overview
As a member of the Product Management team, you will collaborate with fellow Product Managers, Designers, and Analysts to develop innovative zero-to-one products. The team employs top-tier AI tools throughout the product development lifecycle—including strategy, user experience, development, and testing—requiring a lean, senior, and AI-fluent approach for rapid iteration and output. You will engage in the entire lifecycle from conception through launch to ongoing growth.
Location
The position is based in Bangalore, India and requires 100% onsite presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead product features through all stages: ideation, development, release, and user adoption.
- Lead ongoing user research via interviews, contextual inquiries, and surveys to gather insights on workflows, challenges, and decision-making factors.
- Translate qualitative and quantitative data into clear problem statements, user personas, jobs-to-be-done, journey maps, and prioritized opportunities.
- Analyze growth metrics including acquisition, activation, retention, and engagement; utilize product analytics platforms such as Mixpanel and Amplitude, and data tools like Metabase and Superset.
- Innovate feature ideas aiming for maximum impact on key performance metrics, applying prioritization frameworks.
- Collaborate with UX designers to develop intuitive, engaging user interfaces that enhance adoption and user satisfaction.
- Take a hands-on forward-deployed role to ensure smooth customer implementation, adoption, and integration; resolve workflow or rollout obstacles.
- Create adoption playbooks, including onboarding flows, enablement resources, rollout checklists, administration guides, and best practice templates.
Required Skills and Expertise
- Strong knowledge of statistics, analytics, business intelligence, SQL, and product analytics tools.
- Ability to analyze complex datasets to extract actionable insights.
- Comprehensive understanding of technology platforms and capabilities for both web and mobile software development.
- A keen design sense and appreciation for aesthetics.
- Proficiency in UX design and copywriting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience leading user research activities.
- Exceptional attention to detail in managing program processes.
Experience and Background
- Between 5 to 9 years of professional experience in product management.
- Preferred experience includes working in AI-forward companies, startups, founding teams, or having founder experience.
- Technical or software engineering background is highly valued.
