Role Overview
The Senior Product Manager role involves spearheading strategy and delivery of critical features within our B2B SaaS platform. The position focuses on driving AI integration to boost product team productivity and evolve our offerings. The role supports a hybrid work model in Toronto (3 days in-office for GTA residents) or fully remote for others across Canada.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the product roadmap for significant product areas emphasizing impactful customer features.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to set product strategies and detailed specifications.
- Oversee the complete product lifecycle: launching, measuring success, and iterating based on direct feedback and analytics.
- Perform user research, competitor and market analyses, and data-driven decision-making to guide product priorities.
- Work cross-functionally with multiple teams including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure robust product rollout and adoption.
- Champion and refine internal AI tools to enhance product management, including AI-assisted specification generation, automated insight systems synthesizing market and user data, and workflow automation connecting tools like Notion, Slack, Figma, and CRM.
Required Qualifications
- Over 5 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS environments with proven delivery of customer-facing products.
- Strong technical comprehension—capable of reading code, understanding system designs, and collaborating with engineers effectively.
- Knowledgeable about AI technologies, LLM applications, prompt engineering, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) principles.
- Demonstrated ability to manage products end-to-end, from ideation through development to launch and iteration.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills facilitating teamwork across technical and business teams.
- Proficiency with SQL and analytics tools, utilizing data to inform product choices.
- Proactive and entrepreneurial approach suited to dynamic, ambiguous, and fast-moving environments.
Preferred Expertise
- Experience using Claude Code, Cursor, or workflow automation platforms like Zapier or Make.
- Personal or professional projects showcasing technical prowess with AI.
- Background working on internal tools or platform products that enhance team productivity.
