Senior Performance & Transformation Manager

About the Role

A prominent client of Linum Consult located in Qatar is looking to fill the position of Senior Performance & Transformation Manager. The role focuses on driving the enterprise-wide performance management system and leading transformative initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the comprehensive corporate performance management process including goal-setting, continuous monitoring, quarterly business reviews, and preparing reports for the Executive Committee and Board.
• Develop, implement, and refine the corporate KPI framework, and ensure proper alignment into departmental scorecards with clear accountability and ownership.
• Conduct advanced performance diagnostics at the executive level, perform variance analyses, and execute root-cause investigations across revenue, cost, operational, and customer metrics.
• Lead the enterprise transformation initiatives by identifying, defining, prioritizing, and scheduling projects aimed at boosting efficiency, optimizing operating models, reducing costs, improving revenue generation, and enhancing customer offerings.
• Drive change management efforts for transformation projects by engaging stakeholders, facilitating communications, conducting workshops to share knowledge, and securing adoption of new processes.

Candidate Profile

• Possesses a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Business, or related disciplines.
• Holds formal qualifications in methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, PMP, Prosci, or similar improvement and change frameworks.
• Brings at least 15 years of experience in performance management, business transformation, business improvement, or management consulting, including leadership roles.
• Has prior exposure working in consultancy firms supporting business transformation projects.
• Demonstrates proven expertise in owning and operating enterprise performance management frameworks that incorporate KPIs, scorecards, business review cycles, and executive-level reporting in complex organizations.
• Track record of leading performance or transformation programs that delivered measurable benefits.
• Experienced in preparing presentations and influencing decision-making at C-suite and Board levels.
• Familiar with business intelligence and performance management software such as Power BI, Tableau, SAP, Oracle EPM, or equivalent platforms.
• Excellent fluency in both spoken and written English and Arabic.
• Preference is given to candidates currently based in Doha, Qatar, followed by applicants residing elsewhere in the GCC region.
