The Workforce Tax Team assists large organizations in navigating tax and regulatory changes affecting their workforce. We deliver expert tax and people advisory services to multinational companies, public sector entities, entrepreneurs, and family-owned businesses. Our team comprises over 30 professionals focused on growth, quality, and fostering an inclusive culture emphasizing development and community engagement.

Role Summary
As a Senior Manager, you will lead a diverse client portfolio, contributing significantly to business strategy, client development, and team mentorship. Your work will involve collaborating closely with clients’ HR and tax functions across various industries to address workforce-related tax issues, including restructuring and tax risk mitigation. You will have opportunities to specialize by joining expert groups focused on Equity, Gender Pay Gap, or Payroll Consulting.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a varied client portfolio with support from senior leadership
- Build and sustain business relationships to open new business avenues
- Develop innovative products and service solutions
- Leverage market intelligence and digital tools to enhance client value and internal processes
- Promote and integrate digital transformation initiatives within client and firm operations
- Collaborate across geographic and cultural boundaries effectively
- Motivate and mentor team members to maximize performance and potential
- Recruit, develop, and retain top talent within the practice
- Encourage flexible working and foster a supportive, fun work environment aligned with continuous learning values
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 7 years of tax experience, including at least 2 years at manager level
- AITI or CTA qualification preferred; equivalent experience considered
- Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to generate business growth
- Proficient in managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Ability to analyze market trends and advise clients innovatively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong relationship management skills and adaptability
- Creativity in problem-solving and innovation
- Leadership experience with a passion for coaching and developing others
