About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Human Resource professional with at least 5 years of comprehensive experience encompassing end-to-end talent acquisition, large-scale recruitment drives, NBFC and BPO sector hiring, HR operational management, entire employee lifecycle supervision, stakeholder engagement, and management information system reporting. An MBA or PGDM qualification is preferred for this position.
Key Responsibilities
This role involves managing the full recruitment process, handling bulk hiring processes especially for NBFC and BPO entities, overseeing HR operations, maintaining staff records throughout their tenure, fostering strong stakeholder relationships, and generating accurate MIS reports to support decision-making.
Candidate Profile and Eligibility
Applicants should hold at least a graduate degree. Candidates possessing an MBA or PGDM will have an advantage. Proven experience of more than five years in related HR functions is essential.
