Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior GenAI Engineer to join our team in Singapore. This role demands strong engineering competence combined with a methodical, accountable approach to project delivery. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, engineering teams, and delivery leads to drive technology initiatives forward.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Architect, create, and deploy generative AI solutions integrated with Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services platforms.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to collect requirements and establish clear project goals.
• Keep abreast of the newest developments in generative AI technologies, including Azure, AWS, OpenAI, and Google GenAI services.
• Write, maintain, and optimize scalable, efficient codebases for GenAI applications.
• Enhance GenAI algorithms and models to improve their accuracy and operational performance.
• Identify and resolve issues in GenAI applications to ensure stable and uninterrupted functionality.
• Partner with data scientists and machine learning engineers to expand GenAI capabilities.
• Mentor junior engineers by providing technical advice and fostering knowledge sharing.
• Monitor industry trends and recommended practices for GenAI engineering and cloud platform integrations.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in generative AI engineering focusing on Azure and OpenAI ecosystems, with preferred experience in AWS and Azure GenAI services.
• Proficiency in programming with Python and/or Java.
• Hands-on experience with Azure services such as Azure WebApp, Azure AI Services, and Azure Functions.
• Knowledge and experience in integrating large language models using APIs, constructing AI agents, and working with multi-modal machine learning models.
• Understanding of machine learning methodologies and deep learning frameworks.
• Competence in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and evaluating model effectiveness.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Additional Desired Skills: Experience with AWS services like ECS, Fargate, Lambda, DynamoDB, Bedrock; familiarity with Google Cloud AI Platform, Google Cloud Functions, Google Cloud AutoML; expertise in cloud-based deployment and scaling of GenAI apps; knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes; experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipeline automation; contributions to open-source projects related to GenAI or cloud integration.
