Key Qualifications

• Must hold the Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) certification.
• At least eight years of professional experience in investments, pensions, and financial planning.
• Extensive background advising clients on life assurance and pension schemes.
• Demonstrated competence in managing and expanding client portfolios.
• Commercially driven with a strong record of securing new business opportunities.
• Experience providing guidance or mentorship to junior colleagues is advantageous.
• Excellent relationship management, communication, and organisational capabilities.
• Meticulous attention to detail with a sound understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks.

Primary Duties

• Oversee client engagements from initial meetings through to regular, ongoing assessments.
• Offer bespoke financial advice supported by detailed suitability reports.
• Maintain and grow the existing portfolio, identifying potential for cross-selling.
• Ensure all recommendations comply with industry regulations and compliance standards.
• Foster long-term client trust through exceptional service delivery.
• Keep precise client records within CRM systems and uphold uniform advisory procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance reporting, client experience, and operational workflows.
• Participate actively in initiatives aimed at boosting business growth and continuous improvement.
