As the Senior Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of engineers dedicated to delivering high-caliber products for customers. Key Responsibilities

• Translate company objectives into actionable projects and initiatives in partnership with product teams.
• Engage with operations teams to understand on-the-ground issues and incorporate insights into product development cycles.
• Lead engineering teams by facilitating brainstorming sessions, reviewing architecture and designs, breaking down tasks, managing projects, and performing code reviews to ensure top-quality product delivery.
• Participate actively in talent acquisition by conducting interviews and providing valuable feedback to select exceptional candidates.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field from a respected university.
• Over a decade of experience in software engineering, including a minimum of four years in a managerial role.
• Demonstrated ability to architect and maintain robust, scalable systems.
• Strong communication skills, including verbal presentations, mentoring, and influencing peers, alongside personal maturity.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with adaptability between strategic planning and hands-on implementation.
• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
