Senior E-Commerce Executive

Job Overview

This role involves managing the company's Amazon Seller Central account and overseeing daily e-commerce operations. You will be responsible for creating, updating, and optimizing product listings on Amazon as well as on the company website.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute daily activities on Amazon Seller Central.
• Create, update, and improve product listings on Amazon platform.
• Add and maintain product details on the company’s website.
• Handle product data including pricing, images, and inventory management.
• Process online orders and generate corresponding invoices and bills.
• Print shipping labels, invoices, and packaging documents.
• Communicate with courier and shipping teams as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, orders, and inventory levels.
• Utilize Excel or Google Sheets for daily reporting and data management.
• Manage basic customer and order coordination tasks.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient order processing.

Candidate Requirements

• Fundamental computer skills with good typing speed.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Prior experience with Amazon Seller Central or in an e-commerce environment preferred.
• Experience in listing products on websites is advantageous.
• Knowledge of billing, invoicing, and label printing is beneficial.
• Effective communication and organizational capabilities.
• Responsible, punctual, detail-focused, and willing to learn.
