Amazon Centralized Timekeeping Overview
The Centralized Timekeeping (CTK) team focuses on streamlining time and attendance data management to minimize payroll issues and maintain high service standards. CTK handles time and attendance queries for thousands of Amazon associates, prioritizing tickets impacting payroll to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Position Summary
As part of the HR team, you will manage employee attendance records and support HR-related inquiries through chat and phone for multiple Amazon sites. Acting as the initial point of contact, you'll assist employees, managers, and HR professionals with timekeeping and attendance matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to employee questions about time and attendance and related HR topics via phone and chat channels.
- Ensure accurate, timely entry of attendance data into the tracking system.
- Maintain comprehensive case records in the service management system, following Amazon’s attendance policies and legal compliance.
- Address HR inquiries based on established procedures and documentation.
- Take ownership of employee cases from first contact through resolution.
- Identify and communicate process gaps; recommend improvements for enhanced service delivery.
- Collaborate with the team to drive service quality initiatives while maintaining a strong customer focus.
- Communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing.
Basic Qualifications
- At least 6 months of experience in human resources, customer service, or Amazon operations.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience working in confidential environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- One or more years of experience with Microsoft Office applications.
