Senior Assistant Store Manager

Position Overview

The Senior Assistant Store Manager role involves supporting the Store Manager in managing overall store operations to achieve maximum sales and profitability. This includes developing staff, managing expenses, reducing shrinkage, and overseeing all merchandising and inventory control activities in line with company policies.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly wage ranges between $20.00 and $20.25, determined by qualifications and experience.
