Portal is an expanding Riyadh-based developer specializing in creating distinctive high-end boutique hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, chalets, and upscale food and beverage venues within Saudi Arabia.

Role Overview

We seek a skilled Senior Architect to join our internal design team on a full-time basis. This role involves leading architectural design efforts and producing photorealistic visualizations for boutique hospitality projects, spanning from initial concept sketches to client presentations and preparing construction-ready documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual and detailed designs for boutique hotels, resorts, and luxury food and beverage establishments.
• Create superior quality 3D renders, virtual walkthroughs, and marketing presentation visuals.

Required Qualifications

• Up to 5 years of professional architectural experience, with exceptional recent graduates with impressive portfolios invited to apply.
• Demonstrated excellent design sensibility supported by a strong portfolio.
• Experience working on hospitality-related architectural projects.
• Proficient in at least two visualization or rendering software such as V-Ray, 3ds Max, Lumion, Enscape, or Corona Renderer.
• Strong proficiency in core architectural tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and/or SketchUp, with particularly strong skills in SketchUp regarded as a significant advantage.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is beneficial.
