Senior AI Engineer

About the Role

Join ADASI as a Senior AI Engineer based in Abu Dhabi, where you will leverage your advanced expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and computer vision to develop innovative video analytics solutions for edge devices. This role demands proficiency in software development, debugging, integration, and verification within embedded and PC-based systems, operating in Linux environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Create software components guided by detailed design requirements and specifications.
• Diagnose and resolve software defects on embedded platforms and standard computer systems.
• Integrate various software modules ensuring seamless interoperability.
• Conduct thorough testing, analysis, and peer reviews to maintain software quality and dependability.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address complex challenges through AI, computer vision, and video analytics methods.
• Develop algorithms to detect, track, recognize, and classify objects within video data.
• Maintain adherence to established software development protocols, quality assurance standards, and configuration management policies.
• Comply with internal policies, relevant legal regulations, and safety standards at all times.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a closely related discipline.
• At least 3 years of practical experience designing and implementing machine learning algorithms.
• Strong foundation in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning with demonstrated computer vision expertise.
• Proficiency in Python and C/C++ programming languages.
• Experience working within Linux environments including shell scripting.
• Knowledge of version control using Git and containerization with Docker tools.
