Role Overview

We are seeking a Security Technician responsible for servicing and maintaining security systems across our retail client portfolio located in New South Wales and adjacent regions. The technician will handle troubleshooting, servicing, and upkeep of installed security systems as assigned by the Service Manager, with strict adherence to timelines, quality standards, and workplace health and safety (WHS) policies established by Zubix.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, service, and maintain installed security systems at various client sites.
• Manage work assignments issued by the Service Manager efficiently and within agreed timeframes.
• Adhere strictly to Zubix’s WHS policies while performing all duties.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 2 years hands-on experience working with Integriti and Milestone platforms.
• Comprehensive understanding of IP CCTV system technologies and system integration.
• Familiarity with TCP/IP networking basics and fundamentals.
• Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
• Excellent communication skills coupled with robust time management and organizational abilities.

Preferred but Not Essential

Experience with additional security platforms is considered advantageous but not mandatory, as we will support candidates’ expertise in Integriti and Milestone.
