Role Overview
This position involves maintaining the security and safety of the premises by managing access, monitoring activities, and responding effectively to incidents.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Control entry by verifying identifications, issuing passes, and screening individuals and vehicles.
- Conduct regular patrols to discourage unauthorized activities and observe CCTV footage vigilantly.
- React swiftly to alarms, emergencies, or disturbances with suitable measures.
- Operate surveillance equipment to maintain ongoing monitoring of premises.
- Document all incidents, security breaches, and daily occurrences comprehensively.
- Provide assistance and directions to visitors, employees, and residents as needed.
- Assist in evacuation procedures and serve as a first responder during emergency situations.
- Safeguard personnel, property, and assets against threats or illegal acts.
Job Requirements
- Possess a valid Security license issued by the Police Licensing and Regulatory Department (PLRD).
