Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Security Officer to join our team on a full-time basis, contracted for 42 hours each week, to maintain safety and security at 14Forty. This role involves protecting the wellbeing of customers, staff, and property while delivering outstanding customer service. Job Responsibilities
- Act as a proactive team member with strong communication skills.
- Manage access and monitor the movement in and around the premises.
- Ensure a safe, effective, and secure operation of the facility.
- Protect the safety of all premises involved.
- Assist the public by addressing general inquiries.
- Maintain a positive representation of 14Forty and uphold its brand image.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a valid SIA licence or be eligible to obtain one.
- Exhibit excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.
- Demonstrate persistence and resilience in job performance.
- Have a background in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Present a polished and professional appearance.
- Show initiative independently and excel within team settings.
- Remain effective under pressure with strong attention to detail.
- Understand applicable health and safety regulations, criminal laws, and operational procedures.
