Work Schedule and Compensation

The position requires flexible availability throughout the week, Monday to Sunday, with a minimum of 36 hours weekly. Compensation is €15.41 per hour, with additional allowances including €20.00 for night shifts and a premium for work on Sundays.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitoring and regulating entry to client premises to ensure only authorized individuals gain access.
• Performing routine patrols and inspections to discourage and identify suspicious behavior.
• Responding promptly and calmly to alarms and emergency situations.
• Delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining a vigilant security presence.
• Preparing accurate incident reports and maintaining detailed security logs.
• Operating security systems and surveillance equipment as necessary.
• Adhering strictly to site-specific procedures and security protocols.

Required Qualifications and Attributes

• Possession of a valid PSA Licence (Licence Number: 00352).
• Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain composed and focused during high-pressure situations.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Proficiency in English.
• Competence with personal computer use.
• Previous security experience is advantageous.
• Customer service excellence is essential.
• Manual handling skills are desirable.
• Having personal transportation is beneficial.
