About the Role

We are searching for an experienced and driven Team Lead to join our Cybersecurity and Compliance division. This position combines strategic consulting and direct implementation to support client projects primarily across Europe and the Middle East. The right candidate will bring extensive consulting expertise from Big Four accounting firms or leading technology consultancies alongside a strong academic background in Computer Engineering or Computer Science from a renowned institution.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cybersecurity advisory services and implementation efforts focusing on cyber strategy, data privacy, and compliance transformation.
  • Drive business growth throughout the EMEA region by identifying new opportunities and supporting marketing and sales efforts within Security, Data, and AI sectors.
  • Establish and maintain trusted partnerships with clients, technology partners (such as Microsoft, OneTrust, Okta), and internal stakeholders to co-create solutions and ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Steer the development of collaborative offerings, especially utilizing Microsoft Security and Compliance tools, aligned with changing regulatory and business requirements.
  • Manage change programs, assisting clients in adapting to data protection requirements, AI implementation, and security modernization initiatives.
  • Evaluate and improve client security and privacy frameworks using standards such as ISO 27001, ISO 27701, GDPR, and PDPL.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 to 7 years of experience in cybersecurity, data privacy, or AI consulting and execution.
  • Background working with Big Four firms or top-tier consulting organizations, or significant senior roles in internal security.
  • Proven track record implementing comprehensive data privacy programs with tools like OneTrust, Securiti.AI, BigID, and Microsoft Priva.
  • Practical experience implementing Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) and Privacy Information Management Systems (PIMS) per ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 standards.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines from a prestigious university.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft’s Security and Compliance technology stack.
  • Deep understanding of international data protection regulations including GDPR and CCPA, plus AI risk management frameworks.
  • Experience collaborating on product offerings with major vendors such as Microsoft, OneTrust, and Okta.
  • Excellent presentation, stakeholder engagement, and organizational change leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead regional business development and project delivery initiatives at scale.
