Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Scrum events such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions.
• Mentor and coach teams on Agile principles, the Scrum framework, and promote continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze sprint velocity, burndown charts, readiness for releases, and other delivery performance metrics.
• Identify and eliminate obstacles that hinder delivery and manage dependencies across teams.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners to sustain a well-prioritized and healthy product backlog.
• Coordinate efforts among Engineering, Quality Assurance, Product Management, Architecture, and Business stakeholders.
• Create and maintain Jira dashboards and generate management reports to track progress.
• Drive actions from retrospectives to promote delivery excellence and continuous team enhancement.

Eligibility and Qualifications

• Applicants should hold a B.Tech or B.E. degree in any engineering specialization.
