School Awareness Session Coordinator

Role Overview

Team Triguna invites motivated and proactive individuals to join as School Awareness Session Coordinators to lead the Road Safety Awareness Program. This position involves active fieldwork focused on engaging schools, securing institutional permissions, coordinating with school authorities, mobilizing students, and facilitating educational sessions about road safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and map schools within the designated city to create a comprehensive outreach plan.
• Establish connections with school leadership including principals, head teachers, and designated contacts to ensure collaboration.
• Meet monthly objectives related to the number of schools engaged and students trained in road safety.
• Secure all necessary permissions from schools and schedule the sessions accordingly.
• Mobilize students and ensure their attendance aligns with monthly participation targets.
• Conduct or assist in delivering road safety awareness sessions adhering to the approved curriculum and delivery methods.
• Collaborate effectively with trainers and the central program team to ensure smooth implementation.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, permissions granted, sessions completed, and student participation.
• Gather and document attendance data, photographic evidence, feedback, and other materials required for program monitoring.
• Provide regular progress updates and management information system (MIS) reports to the central team.
• Foster strong relationships with schools and community stakeholders, including undertaking necessary local travel.

Performance Metrics

• Number of schools identified and contacted.
• Permissions successfully obtained from schools.
• Planned sessions executed as scheduled.
• Student participation achieving monthly targets.
• Quality, accuracy, and completeness of documentation and reports.
• Timely submission of updates and effective coordination on the ground.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any field; prior experience in NGOs, corporate social responsibility (CSR), education, school outreach, or community mobilization is advantageous.
• 1 to 3 years of related experience strongly preferred, though highly capable fresh graduates with an aptitude for fieldwork may also be considered.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable interacting with students and capable of facilitating engaging awareness sessions.
• Field-oriented mindset with willingness to travel locally as needed.
• Basic skills in MS Excel or Google Sheets and confident in reporting tasks.
• Results-driven with the ability to work towards monthly goals successfully.
• Immediate availability to join is highly preferred.

Logistics

The role is located in multiple cities across India including Kanpur, Varanasi, Agra, Prayagraj, Meerut, Ghaziabad, Jabalpur, Bhopal, Gwalior, and Raipur. One coordinator position is open per city. The salary offered is up to ₹25,000 per month. The hiring process favors candidates who can join immediately.
