About the Role

Join Massey University in Palmerston North as a Scheduling Analyst within the Estates Management Information Systems and Space team. This full-time fixed-term position, available immediately until 29 October 2027, is key to developing and maintaining the University's teaching timetable, ensuring efficient, compliant, and student-centered scheduling solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage teaching timetables across the University.
  • Analyze scheduling data to identify and resolve timetable conflicts.
  • Enhance utilization of teaching spaces for optimal efficiency.
  • Provide support to academic and professional staff regarding timetable concerns.
  • Participate in refining processes and promoting service excellence initiatives.

About You

  • Experience working in complex administrative or operational settings.
  • Strong abilities in analysis, organization, and problem-solving.
  • Capable of handling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines effectively.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and dedication to accuracy.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary ranges from $60,069 to $84,876 per annum, dependent on skills and experience.
